The safety of our clients is guaranteed by the fact that the entire process, both in financial and legal terms, is carried out by us with particular care. We thoroughly analyze the situation of each company that applies for a loan – its history and core business, current financial condition, creditworthiness, purpose of the funds obtained and proposed forms of collateral. The most common form of collateral is a mortgage on real estate, moreover, accepted are: transfer of title of movable property (vehicles, machines), assignment of contractual receivables and surety. In addition, each loan is secured by the borrower’s voluntary submission to enforcement pursuant to the item 777 of the Code of Civil Procedure, which allows you to obtain an enforcement order without the need to initiate a court dispute in legal proceedings. At the investor’s request, we personally inspect the property intended to secure the loan.

FOR INVESTORS

- Using the sliders, select the amount you want to invest (the minimum is PLN 50,000) and set the loan period (from 1 to 60 months – usually 12 or 24 months).
- In the body of the message, indicate the preferred form of security or list a few and rank them from most to least desirable. Add interest rate per year that is satisfying for you (specify the range).
- An Investors Club representative will contact you to arrange the details. Then he will start sending you investment offers that meet your criteria.
- After selecting the offer in which you want to invest, the Investors Club representative will send you full informations and documents regarding the company applying for the loan and the subject of collateral. He can also arrange a meeting with the borrower – in person or online – if you have any questions or just want to meet him.
- The loan agreement is signed in the form of a notarial deed. In the next few days, you will transfer the money to the borrower.
- Once a month you will receive the agreed installment from the borrower in accordance with the repayment schedule.

- In the text of the message, indicate the proposed forms of collateral.
- An Investors Club representative will contact you to arrange the details. Then he will ask you to provide all the necessary informations and documents and start looking for an investor.
- After finding an investor interested in your offer, the Investors Club representative will contact you to confirm all arrangements. He can also arrange a meeting with the investor – in person or online – if he has any questions or wants to meet you.
- The loan agreement is signed in the form of a notarial deed. Over the next few days, the investor will transfer funds to your account.
- Once a month you will provide the agreed loan installment in accordance with the repayment schedule.
